Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Home-based Old-age Care In Hangzhou

Compared with rural and urban areas,does the home-based care in urban villages have its own characteristics?How to achieve the satisfaction of the elderly service in urban villages?Xiangfu town is a typical urban village on the outskirts of Hangzhou.This paper will try to study the satisfaction of home-based care in this area and discuss the problems and difficulties of home-based care in urban villages.In order to solve the problem of the research,this article through to the few town village home endowment of questionnaire survey,based on the deep understanding of the urban village endowment service situation,proposed the urban villages house may affect satisfaction several assumptions,validated through an empirical analysis on several assumptions,and are not satisfied with in the study of an in-depth analysis,from the actual case to verify again.The study found that the source of home-based pension information,the attitude of community service personnel,the pension facilities provided by the community,the price of home-based pension and the service content provided by the community are the most important factors influencing the satisfaction of home-based pension in urban villages.In view of the most important aspects that affect the satisfaction of home-based care,some Suggestions are given as follows.To strengthen the construction of home-based care team in urban villages and strengthen the quality of the staff;Third party assessment agencies are introduced to conduct scientific assessment of home-based care workers.Integrate resources and provide comprehensive and three-dimensional elderly care services.
