Research On Government Supervison Of Online Takeaway Food Safety In Hualong District Of Puyang City

In recent years,the "Internet +" pattern of economic development has injected new vitality to the catering industry,has given rise to online takeaway the birth of this new type of food pattern,as more and more catering businesses are doing business online order,online take-out industry continues to improve,the development trend of the social public acceptance of more and more is also high.However,while bringing convenience to us,network takeout also increases the hidden danger of food safety.Due to the virtual and trans-regional characteristics of the network economy,compared with the traditional catering model,network takeout involves more diversified business entities,more complex processes and more hidden transactions.However,the current supervision of government departments has not yet transformed to the "Internet plus" mode or the transformation is insufficient,which makes the supervision mode backward.Network food safety problems caused by insufficient supervision are common.Government departments as the executor of the public power,is the core of the network take-away food safety,this thesis takes puyang city hualong district government regulation as the research object,through introducing the regulatory status of hualong area,summary and analysis of existing problems,and explores how the government department should according to the characteristics of the network delivery improved regulatory mode.Taking the government to solve the problem of information asymmetry as the starting point,this thesis focuses on introducing that the government should play a leading role by strengthening the construction of its own supervision system and guiding the construction of social collaborative governance system,so as to ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the government's governance level of online take-out food.This thesis is divided into six parts: the first part: introduction.This thesis mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,theoretical basis,research contents and methods,key difficultiesand innovation points.The second part: the network takeout,food safety supervision and other concepts were elaborated,and introduced the network takeout characteristics and network takeout food safety supervision characteristics,introduced the relevant basic content.Part iii: study the current regulatory status of hualong district,and introduce the relevant functions of the food and drug administration of hualong district and various measures in food supervision.Part iv: summarize the problems existing in the supervision process of hualong district,and analyze the problems from the aspects of laws and regulations,supervision mode,policy system and so on,and find out the causes of the problems.The fifth part: put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen the government supervision,from the aspects of perfecting laws and regulations,improving the supervision mode,building collaborative governance,promoting online supervision and so on.The sixth part: the conclusion part,makes the general summary to the research of this thesis,and points out the shortcomings of this thesis.
