Research On Government Supervision Of Food Safety In The Online Catering Service Industry In Qingtian County

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the wide application of the concept of "Internet +",as a new form of Internet industry,online catering service has also developed rapidly,Internet catering service is convenient and intuitive,so that modern people can enjoy catering services without leaving home,which greatly facilitates work and life.However,with the rapid growth of Internet ordering business,online ordering platform is eager to expand market share,lack of strict control over catering units entering the Internet,lack of legitimate business qualifications,etc;With the increase of food safety problems such as poor environmental hygiene and non-standard and opaque processing operations in online catering units,food safety in online catering service industry is largely dependent on self-regulation by operators,this is mainly due to the virtual nature of catering units and places in the online catering industry,the lack of perfect legal protection and transaction process concealment and other factors.This situation has led to the difficulties in ensuring food safety of online catering,irregular business order,repeated illegal acts,and the difficulty in tracing the implementation of the whole process of supervision and responsibility.With the rapid development of Internet technology and e-commerce in China,online catering,as a new thing,will also have greater development potential,therefore,how to enhance the level of food safety supervision of online catering services and improve the supervision measures is an urgent problem for our country to study and solve.By consulting relevant literature,using market failure theory and governance theory as the theoretical basis of this study,taking Qingtian County as a case study,this paper aims to summarize and analyze the current situation of government supervision of food safety in online catering service industry in China through literature research and questionnaire survey.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore measures to improve the government supervision of food safety in online catering service industry,which can promote the government function of food safety supervision in online catering service industry to perform better.In this paper,the government supervision of food safety in online catering service industry in Qingtian County is studied and analyzed,and the followingproblems are found:First,it is difficult for catering units to accurately grasp the network;second,the lack of regulatory effectiveness;third,there is a blind spot in the regulatory process;fourth,the protection of consumer rights and interests is not in place.Explore the causes of these problems,specifically in the following three aspects:The first is the particularity of the regulatory object;the second is the imperfection of the regulatory body;the third is the imperfection of the after-sale safeguard mechanism.In view of the above problems and reasons,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the government supervision of food safety in online catering service industry:First,we will speed up the improvement of food safety laws and regulations in online catering services.The second is to improve the establishment of food safety regulatory agencies for online catering services.Third,standardize the behavior of catering units entering the Internet.These include strictly checking the qualifications of online catering units,establishing traceability system,strictly controlling the source of food materials,standardizing the processing and distribution behavior,and standardizing the withdrawal procedures of online catering units.Fourth,we should improve the mechanism of consumer rights protection.Including strengthening publicity,enhancing consumers' awareness of rights protection and unblocked channels,and improving the efficiency of rights protection...
