local legislative public participation system has become an urgent fact in the development of local legislation in the future.On this basis,this paper starts with the meaning and necessity of public participation in local legislation,mainly analyzes the legal provisions and implementation status of public participation in local legislation in Jinan,Zibo and lining cities of Shandong Province,and summarizes some shortcomings and reasons in implementation,including:the content of legislative information should be made public is not made public,the scope of public participation in local
