Design And Implementation Of Internet Government Service System For Primary Farmily Planning

In order to further implement the requirements of the state on making it easier for the people to obtain certificates,consolidate the achievements of the mass line education and practice activities,and earnestly solve the problem of difficulty in obtaining certificates for family planning,which is strongly complained by the people,this project will rely on the data platform of grass-roots population to establish the grass-roots family planning Internet service system.The construction of the system will greatly improve the work efficiency of family planning staff at the grassroots level.This topic first elaborated the development of family planning system at home and abroad,especially analyzed the problems encountered in the development of family planning system at home,and found out the existing problems and shortcomings.Combined with the current situation of grassroots,the needs of grassroots family planning Internet government service system are analyzed.Under the premise of following the system design principles and software engineering design requirements,the development and design of the system is completed.This system is based on the data of the population system to establish a suitable platform for grassroots family planning government services.t realizes the networking of family planning services,administrative examination and approval and administrative law enforcement,and coordinates the application at all levels of provinces,cities,counties and townships.Under the condition that each district and county can independently complete administrative examination and approval and administrative law enforcement,it simplifies the procedures for handling certificates for the common people,standardizes the procedures for examination and approval and law enforcement,and strengthens the supervision of the process of examination and approval and law enforcement.The system contains six modules,which are: fertility service certificate,fertility certificate,unmarried youth information management,married women of childbearing age management,family planning work management,floating population information management.The system development language is JAVA.The system framework is based on Spring MVC and MyBatis.The structure design of MySQL and ehcache cache is used for database storage,which makes the verification service of the system improverapidly.Considering the wide distribution and weak maintenance capacity of the system,the system adopts B/S architecture,In addition,the system is deployed in the municipal information center for unified management,and the grassroots staff only need to access and use the system through a browser.This paper is based on requirements analysis,system design,database design,system function module implementation and system function and performance test to elaborate.The whole system conforms to every link of software engineering project design.This paper also introduces in detail the development technology selected by the system and the design and implementation process of grassroots family planning Internet government service system.Through the final function and performance test results,the system can meet the basic unit of family planning business needs.
