| The process of urbanization in China has entered the fast lane,and the development of rural tourism has also been advancing rapidly.On February 5,2017,the "Pastoral Complex" as a highlight measure for the development of new rural industries was written into the central No.1 file.The accelerations of urbanization process and tourist area development have made many traditional village landscapes with rich historical and cultural values facing the fate of being stifled.Many villagers are facing the loss of their lands and homes for generations.The construction of new countryside is the breakthrough point for solving the “three rural issues”.The Central Plain region is the birthplace of the farming civilization of the Chinese nation.This kind of agricultural advantage has been preserved so far.Its special geographical environment,customs,and habits provide a basis for building a new countryside with the characteristics of the Central Plains.The case studied in this article showed that Henan Ruzhou Shuoping Huahai Pastoral Complex started its planning in October 2014.The contradiction between the construction of the scenic spot and the transference of farmer households and the relocation of farmer households has always been an urgent issue.Therefore,how to coordinate the relationship between the relocation of new villages and the development of scenic spots is the core issue in this study.This paper takes the planning and design of the resettlement village of Shuoping Huahai Pastoral Complex as an example,and the research literature,case studies,and case validation methods were used.Starting from the rural status quo in the region and the overall planning for the development of the entire tourist attraction,combining the concept and positioning of the future development,the planning ideas and methods for the new villages and villages of the immigration village were constructed and the following research results are obtained:1.Through the exploration of the problems existing in our country's current rural construction,the causes of these problems were summarized,and so that the planning and construction of the new scenic area resettlement villages could avoid these problems as much as possible,and make every effort to solve these problems.2.Through theoretical studies and case studies on sightseeing agriculture and scenic village construction,some successful experiences were summarized and it provided a reference for planning strategies for the planning and construction of new scenic villages.3.Through the investigation and planning of the site and the research of higher levels,the local landscape features of the interior villages of Jianggushan Ecological Huahai Tourist Area in Ruzhou were summed up from the status quo of landforms,vegetation landscapes,residential buildings,and folk culture of the villages in the tourist areas.The planning and design strategies for new villages in the scenic area were targeted.4.Through the example planning and design of the Xinhua Village Flower Village in Ruzhou Shuoping Huahai Pastoral Complex,according to the sequence of the planning and design work,three stages of the basic design,planning site selection,overall layout,and special design were adopted.The scale,overall function layout,and detailed road traffic,green landscapes,architecture,and sketches have been systematically planned and designed.In the context of rapid urbanization and development of rural tourism in China,it is discussed that in the planning,design,and construction of the new villages for the scenic villages,it is possible to provide a new village for the residents of the scenic area to live in a stable and happy life environment and to serve the development of the pastoral complex in the tourism area.As for planning and design strategy,the study has a certain reference value for the construction of China's rural residential environment,and it has a certain role in promoting the development and improvement of China's new rural construction theory. |
