Research On Social Organizations Participating In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our party has always adhered to the realization of the people's yearning for a better life,which is the party's solemn commitment to the people.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,our country has always paid attention to the problem of the poor.Since the 18 th National Congress of the people's Republic of China,we have achieved remarkable results in large-scale poverty reduction and poverty alleviation.But over time,many problems have emerged.The problems are getting more and more difficult."The delicious meat has been eaten,and the rest are hard to chew bones".Poverty alleviation has entered a critical period.The causes of poverty in the areas without poverty alleviation are more complex,and the contents of poverty alleviation need to be diversified and targeted.It is difficult for the government led poverty alleviation to meet the needs of the day ahead poverty.Therefore,the policies to encourage social organizations to participate in targeted poverty alleviation are increasing,and the legitimacy of social organizations to participate in targeted poverty alleviation is established.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China sent a friendly signal for the participation of social forces and organizations in poverty alleviation.Therefore,in this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to guide social organizations in poverty alleviation and promote social organizations to participate in poverty alleviation.This paper focuses on the topic of comprehensive use of literature analysis,case analysis,etc.to study social organizations.This paper combs the domestic and foreign related theories of social organization poverty alleviation,including the anti-poverty theory of Marx and Engels,the charity theory of Marx and Engels,the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and finds rich theoretical support for this study.And under the guidance of theory,it analyzes the current situation of poverty alleviation and development of domestic social organizations,and the advantages of participating in targeted poverty alleviation;then,it conducts a comprehensive and in-depth study on Mianyang social organization service center,and summarizes the difficulties faced by social organizations participating in targeted poverty alleviation from various aspects.Finally,in view of the problems,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the participation of social organizations in the development of targeted poverty alleviation.
