From The Perspective Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation, Social Organizations Participate In Rural Poverty Governance Research

In the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Party and the government,proceeding from reality,pay close attention to the current situation of poverty,formulate different measures to alleviate poverty in different periods in accordance with the characteristics of poverty,and have achieved considerable results.With the development of China's economy and society,the long-standing poverty problem has become more complex,which aggravates the difficulty of poverty management.As far as the current social development is concerned,the government's poverty control work shows great defects.The reality requires us to innovate and improve the poverty control work from the point of view of the complexity of the poverty problem itself.Faced with the ever-complex poverty problem,in order to achieve the strategic goal of poverty eradication in all respects by 2020,governments at all levels need to break through the original single pattern of poverty management,call on all kinds of social forces to participate in rural poverty managenent,and promote the advantages of social forces to give full play to the work of poverty management.As one of the important social forces,social organizations have made great contributions to the long-term poverty management.Nowadays,it has become an indispensable part of poverty control work in China.and also one of the important practice subjects of poverty control in rural areas.In the continuous innovation and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,due to the good construction of social environment,the active support of policies and the effective development of spiritual civilization,the participation of social organizations in poverty control has been greatly improved compared with the past.In the long-term poverty management,the participation of social organizations in rural poverty management has been supported by the government and society,and great achievements have been made in poverty alleviation.However,with the deepening of poverty alleviation work,due to the constraints of social organizations themselves,poor households,awareness,government support and other aspects,the participation of social organizations in rural poverty management can not be effectively deepened,and the actual poverty alleviation work is facing greater difficulties.Based on the current situation of social organizations participating in rural poverty management in G County of Shanxi Province,the author deeply analyses the problems existing in social organizations participating in rural poverty management,further analyses the causes of poverty problems,innovates and improves from the aspects of effective mobilization of resources,adjustment of poverty management mode,effective support of policies and regulations,and promotes the participation of social organizations in rural poverty management.Continuous development will play a promotive role in breaking through the current predicament of rural poverty control.
