The women's right to education in this article refers to the basic right that women enjoy in accordance with the law and requires the state to actively provide equal opportunities and conditions for school education in order to enhance the individual's comprehensive ability and obtain equal opportunities for survival and development.Women's right to education in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China was gradually established under the background of the introduction of women's education and the establishment of women's schools by missionaries and Chinese advanced intellectuals after the introduction of western concepts of equality between men and women in China. The right of women to education in China was first established in the "Primary School Charter for Women"and "Charter for Women's Teachers 'Schools" promulgated by the Qing government.Since then, women have enjoyed part of the right to study opportunities and can enter girls'primary and junior normal schools. In the early years of the Republic of China, women's right to education was further established through regulations such as the "Interim Measures for General Education",the " School Order",and " The Teacher Education Order" promulgated by the Ministry of Education.Move closer. After the May 4th Movement, the "School System Reform" gave women equal rights to education.Soon the Constitution also emphasized the equal status of men and women. The implementation of women's right to education at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China was not completely in step with the provisions of the law.In reality, the implementation of the right was different from the expectations of the law.During the implementation of this right, there are many characteristics, among which the rights are restricted and the realization of rights is unequal. The establishment and implementation of women's right to education in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China laid the foundation for the legislative trend of women's right to education in the late Republic of China. The basic principle that men and women enjoy the right to education was inherited by the Nanjing National Government and the Chinese Communist Party revolutionary base.
