The polity is that refers to the organizational form of the state power. It has many types. The choice of the national polity is not only restricted by domestic conditions, but also affected by foreign factors. This article focuses on the study of external factors that affect the political changes of late-developing countries in the early 21 st century, not only because the existing research in this area is insufficient, but there are indeed some questions that are worth exploring, such as whether the political changes in those late-developing countries have been affected by external factors Influenced by external factors? Are external factors directly related to the direction of change in the polity of those countries? Based on this, this article combines international relations, international politics and comparative politics, uses geopolitical theory and analysis of the interaction between domestic politics and international politics, and incorporates the practice of the change of the polities in the developing countries in the early 21 st century into the field of research. It is not only of academic value. And it has practical significance.Studies have shown that the external factors that affect the change of the polities in the post-21 st century are objective facts, mainly geopolitical factors, external factors related to the needs of joining the European Union and NATO,and factors from foreign aid agencies, which can be based on this In the past 20 years, the political changes that have occurred in the post-development countries under the influence of external factors are summarized into three categories: national political changes under the influence of geopolitical factors;national political changes under the influence of the need for accession + geopolitical factors;under the pressure of foreign aid entities Changes in the country 's polity.Ukraine,Turkey, and Nepal are typical examples of the three political changers.Geopolitical factors affect the model of national political change. The internal logic is that the external factors dominated by geopolitics and the fierce domestic politics intertwined with the faction are intertwined in the political change of a country;the need for membership + geopolitical factors affect the political change of the country. The internal logic of the model is that the domestic political factor of factional struggle, together with geopolitics and the need to join the European Union or NATO,contribute to the transformation of a country 's polity;and the model of foreign aid factors affecting the change of the country 's polity,The internal logic isthat the two major domestic political factors, the regression of domestic democracy and the outbreak of political crises, interact with the external factors of pressure from foreign aid bodies, and ultimately lead to a country's political change.Comparing the three models,it is found that both the goal of political change, the power of change, the role of major powers, and the willingness of domestic political forces are similar. The reasons are mostly immature with the polity of late-developing countries. The factional struggles are frequent and are susceptible to external factors such as domestic political commonality, and the objective environment for the interaction between domestic politics and international politics in the context of globalization;and the demand for external factors, the direction of political change, and external factors in the late-developing countries There are differences in the types of domestic and domestic political factors, which are caused by the geographical location of these countries and the differences in the stages of modernization and democratization.Based on the above, the research conclusions of this paper are: first, the game of domestic political power is the determinant of the change of the polity of the latecomers;second, external factors play an indispensable driving role in the change of the polities of the latecomers;third, the external Factors are correlated with the direction of polity changes in the developing countries.Fourth, polity changes in the developing countries are not the only way to achieve domestic political stability.
