With the arrival of the 20s of the new century,the global economy and society have changed with each passing day.At present,China is in an important strategic opportunity period to push forward the comprehensive deepening reform and realize socialist modernization.At the same time,the contradiction between the rapid development of economy and the relative lag of social construction is becoming more and more obvious,the social risks are accumulating,the pressure and difficulty of social governance are increasing,and the requirements for government offices administration are becoming higher and higher.Government offices is an important aspect of the party and the government and other public sectors,as well as an area involving many departments,a wide range of specialties,a wide service interface and high work requirements.Compared with the government work,the work of government offices is to assist and guarantee the development of government work,which is essentially a supplementary work.The purpose of carrying out the administrative work of the organs is to ensure the normal development of the administrative activities of the state organs and the government,to ensure the maximum play of the executive ability of the government,and to ensure the effective operation of the state.Deepening the modernization of the management system and capabilities of government offices administration is an settled direction for the development and modernization of government offices administration and an inevitable choice to meet the needs of party and government organs at all levels and the people,with regard to strengthening the administration of government offices,promoting administration according to law,ensuring the normal operation of government organs,reducing operating costs,creating economical organs,improving the level of services for the administration of government offices,and enhancing the credibility and image of the government,of Great and far-reaching significance.From the perspective of governance modernization,this paper attempts to analyze the current situation of the development of China's government offices.Taking Anyi County as an example,it finds that the management activities of government offices are developing towards standardization,informatization,and legalization.However,there are many problems,such as different functions of the main departments of government offices,incomplete standard system,different level of information development,and lack of rule of law Perfection and so on.Through literature research,interview research,comparative argumentation and other analysis,this paper discusses the causes of the current problems in the modernization of government offices administration,and puts forward solutions and countermeasures Based on the effective practices and advanced experience of domestic and foreign government offices administration,such as the United States,Canada,Shanghai,Ningbo and other countries and cities.
