strengthening party self-governance and comprehensively deepening reform.Now,some people will be confused with the concept of dictatorship authority,that in the new era of historical starting point to maintain the authority of the central party committee,is not the same as the authority of the communist party of China,also inequitable east absolutism,the new authoritarianism,but based on the authority of the party's central organization on the basis of legal theory to clarify the misunderstanding between political cognition to the maintenance of the CPC central committee authority,and think about how to improve the new era under the perspective of the party's political rules to maintain the effectiveness of the party central committee authority.This constitutes the significance of this paper.This paper carries out a research on "research on maintaining the authority of the CPC central committee in the new era from the perspective of political rules",laying a foundation for relevant concepts and theories of maintaining the authority of the CPC central committee in the new era from the perspective of political rules.In order to clarify the political rules and the new era to maintain the authority of the internal logic of the central committee as the starting point of the study;From the perspective of political rules,it focuses on the realistic inspection of central committee,starting from the connotation of authority to the definition of the authority of the CPC central committee.Then the basic elements of political rules are explained.The core meaning of the word "political rules" used in this paper is based on the speech of general secretary Xi Jinping and according to the definition of political rules given by Wang Qishan in his speech.,and the party's political rules are defined as the party's political rules,organizational constraints,fine traditions and working habits.At the same time,it explains the theoretical origin of the authority of the CPC central committee,and combs out the historical context of maintaining the authority of the CPC central committee from two aspects:the authority theory of marxist classic writers and the culture,"keeping up with the central benchmark" build the culture of the rules of the maintenance of the CPC Central Committee.The third chapter is the realistic inspection of maintaining the authority of the CPC central committee in the new era from the perspective of political rules.From the perspective of political rules,the achievements made in maintaining the authority of the CPC central committee in the new era are mainly reflected in:the awareness of maintaining the authority of the CPC central committee has been enhanced,the political process of maintaining the authority of leading cadres in upholding the authority of the party central committee.In terms of the political rule education for party members to maintain the authority of the CPC central committee,the content
