Charity,as a balancer that regulates the gap between the rich and the poor,plays an important role in building a well-off society and achieving common prosperity in China.After putting on the powerful wings of "Internet",China's philanthropy has achieved unprecedented development and derived a brand-new charity ecology.The traditional charity in the past was wealthy charity and corporate charity,focusing on poverty and disease.The charity method was to donate money and goods.Internet charity is civilian charity and everyone charity,in addition to solving material problems,it also pays attention to diverse charity demands such as education,psychology,and environmental protection.The charity methods is innovative and interesting,attracting more and more people to join the charity and providing endless energy for the development of our society.However,behind the rapid development,the chaos of Internet philanthropy not only infringes on public rights,but also accelerates the reduction of the public's trust,which has a huge negative effect on the development of Internet philanthropy.After the baptism of the Internet philanthropy wave,it has become a consensus that charity information disclosure promotes the development of Internet charity.Under this background,it is of great significance to study the legal regulation of Internet charity information disclosure.This article takes the legal regulation of Internet charity information disclosure as the research object,sorts out the overall situation and main features of China's legislation and supervision,and finds that Internet charity information disclosure has many problems about laws,supervision intensity,obligor,disclosure objects and disclosure standards.Therefore,the legal regulation of Internet charity information disclosure is difficult to produce a good regulatory role.In response to the above problems,author learns from the legislation and practice of foreign Internet charity information disclosure,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the legal regulation of China's Internet charity information disclosure in light of China's reality:First,the law is the premise.We should improve the legal system,establish a personal internet help information disclosure system and improve legal responsibility of the Internet fundraising platform.Second,strict supervision is the guarantee.We can strengthen the supervision by establishing a grading system and expanding the form of supervision.Third,the key is consciously abiding by the law.We need to clarify the obligor 's responsibilities about the scope,obligations and willingness.Fourth,we should strengthen public rights awareness,improve donors 'rights protection system,and clarify the information disclosure obligations of beneficiaries.Finally,it is important to establish open standards,optimize evaluation and feedback mechanisms,improve relief procedures and legal responsibilities.
