The Study On Political Transition Of Kazakhstan In The Post-Nazarbayev Era

Political transition of Kazakhstan,which means transform into the modern democracy,evolved into a new turning point after the constitutional amendment was passed in 2017.In this period,it was totally different from the past that they made a new balance on the distribution of powers among President,Parliament and Government rather than continuing strengthen the super-presidential system.And the President gave a number of his authorities to the Parliament and Government,released a new political transition signal.In 2018,Parliament passed "The Constitutional Law on the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan",it became a significant node of the political transition of Kazakhstan.Then,political transition ushered in a key point that Nursultan Nazarbayev,the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan,delivered a televised statement and announced about his decision to resign as the President of Kazakhstan on March 19,2019.With his super-presidential system was weakened and his resigned,political transition of Kazakhstan steadily developed on the road to the modern democracy as Nazarbayev assumed.
