| With the increasing trend of aging and aging in China,the scale of disabled elderly is expanding.As the main force of caring for them,family members also bear great physiological,psychological and social pressure in the long-term care process,so it is an important research topic to adopt scientific methods to relieve the pressure and improve the quality of caring for the elderly.Taking the disabled elderly family caregivers in M community of Weifang City as the research object,under the guidance of empowerment theory,social support theory and ABC theory,the group work method was used to intervene them,so as to understand the role and effect of pressure release on these family caregivers.In the actual process of intervention,first of all,the Zarit care burden scale,questionnaire and unstructured interview were used to collect data,and it was found that these caregivers had greater pressure in physiological,psychological,family relations and social aspects.Then,the causes of these pressures are analyzed.On this basis,in order to relieve the pressure faced by caregivers,a "let love breathe" pressure release group was set up.After seven group activities,it was found that the pressure of these caregivers was relieved,and the group effect was better.Through the intervention of group work,it is found that there are some advantages and disadvantages in using the form of group work to intervene the family caregivers of the disabled elderly and make them release the pressure.In order to give full play to the service effect,we can further improve in such aspects as the effective use of group work skills,the focus on the cultivation of peer leaders,the integration of social work intervention methods,the improvement of the social support system of caregivers and the strengthening of social environment intervention,so as to promote the application and development of group work in the family caregiver pressure release of the disabled elderly. |
