Research On The Protection Mechanism Of The Right To Life From The Perspective Of International Human Rights Law

In today's world,various developed countries,including developed countries,hold different views and agree to a large extent that there is a serious problem of political and racial discrimination in the United States.In 1992,an African American student shooting and rioting in Los Angeles caused by a white Asian University African American policeman suspected of assault on a black school African American student with a gun was undoubtedly considered as a major outbreak of serious consequences for the political and social human rights issues of racial discrimination in the United States.According to the official statistics of the United States,since 1997,there have been six consecutive shootings of African American parents and students in the United States,resulting in dozens of injuries and deaths of African American parents and students.On December 23,2019,the murder case of Saudi journalist kasuji was pronounced.As a result of the case,five of the perpetrators were sentenced to death and three more to more than 20 years.In addition,the U.N.investigation team has been paying close attention to the trend of the incident,and declared that kasughi's death was not only a provocation to the media,but also a provocation to justice as soon as the verdict came out.There is no doubt that the perpetrators are guilty,but the real perpetrators and planners behind them have not been put on the trial bench or even questioned.It can be seen that,in the case of endless violations of the right to life in the international field,the protection mechanism of the right to life in international human rights law is not perfect,and there is no effective means to protect it.This paper mainly combs the mechanism of the protection of the right to life in international human rights law,and then analyzes the breadth and depth of its application in combination with judicial practice,so as to draw the deficiencies of the protection mechanism of the right to life in the perspective of international human rights law,and then puts forward suggestions for improvement.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part analyzes the theory of human rights,and expounds that the protection of the right to life is one of the most basic rights of human rights protection.The second part mainly lists the protection mechanism of the right to life from the perspective of international human rights law,combing the protection mechanism of the right to life from the perspective of the United Nations and regional perspective,and then understanding the connotation of the protection mechanism of the right to life.The third part analyzes the development and shortcomings of the protection mechanism of the right to life from the cases of violating the right to life in the Second World War and the contemporary era.The fourth part proposes concrete measures to protect the right to life from the aspects of legislation,international organizations,Human Rights Council and International Court of justice.
