The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Community In Satisfying The Spiritual Life Of The Elderly

The community is the basic unit of social governance,and the primary task is to meet the needs of residents.With the homogenization of the same society,the society is moving towards a diversified society.As the space for the daily life of the residents,the community carries the material and spiritual needs of the residents for real life.People pay more attention to the spiritual layer after solving the problem of material and subsistence.In the human context,the spiritual world and emotional needs of the community are an important part of the community governance problem set.The spiritual life needs of the elderly residents referred to in this paper are specifically reflected in the needs of community participation,cultural entertainment,interpersonal communication,knowledge learning,self-development and emotional communication.Due to the decline of physical function,the elderly residents are inconvenient to move out,the scope of activities is narrower,there are fewer people and public affairs,and there is a lack of care and communication in life.The background of spiritual life needs to be more prominent but less concerned.The starting point and foothold of community governance is to meet the basic needs of residents.The community has close contact with residents and has public service functions.This paper believes that the spiritual living needs of community participation,cultural entertainment,interpersonal communication and knowledge learning of the elderly residents should be met by the community.The elderly are a part of the community residents.The requirements for the community in the spiritual life become the public service of the community.The service provided by the community to meet the demand can become a microscopic window to examine the community governance.The main subjects of the study are community neighborhood committees,community party organizations,grassroots administrative organizations and elderly residents.Through the search for literature,we identify the elements of community governance related to the spiritual life of the elderly,including community subjects,policies and regulations,facility environment,community participation,community activities,community workers,community cultural values and relationship networks.This paper takes community governance as the research perspective and the main line logic,and explores the governance status and problems presented by the above key governance elements in the process of meeting the community affairs of the elderly spiritual life.On this basis,it analyzes the deep causes of the problems and proposes solutions.The basic ideas of this study are as follows.The first chapter is the basic status quo of the community to meet the spiritual life of the elderly.It consists of three parts:the legal policy basis,the existing practice results and the main action logic.The legal policy norms provide an institutional framework for the functional relationship of the community.The existing practice results reflect the improvement of the community governance system.The main action logic is discussed separately from the elderly,administrative and community organizations.The second chapter discusses the problems that the community has in the process of satisfying the spiritual life of the elderly,which is characterized by low resource supply function,low personnel participation function and low governance function of community construction.Resource supply is divided into policy resources,activity resources and public facilities environment.The low participation function is explained from the perspectives of community workers and elderly residents.The low governance function is reflected in the disconnection between community service and residents' needs,the complex relationship between community governance subjects and the lack of community cultural value system.The third chapter analyzes the deep reasons for the community to meet the spiritual life of the elderly from four aspects:the deviation of subject role,the lack of cooperation system,the separation of target groups and the weakness of social capital.The deviation of community subject roles and the lack of cooperation system lead to problems such as low community supply function and low efficiency of community staff,and complex subject relationship.The active separation of the elderly residents from the community system has led to the low participation of the community in this group.The passive separation of the elderly residents from the community system has led to the disconnection between community services and residents' needs,and the weak social capital has led to the lack of community cultural value systems.The fourth chapter is based on the previous suggestions and suggestions to improve the level of community governance and the provision of public services,specifically to clarify the main functions of the community and clarify the relationship between the subjects;the community pays sufficient attention to increase the allocation of resources;encourages the community to co-governance and formulate cooperation norms;The community service supply is effectively connected with the needs of the residents;it continuously increases the social capital stock of the community.
