Research Of The City Elderly Life Satisfaction Under The Community Home Endowment

In recent years,with the development of market economy,the implementation of family planning and the transformation of traditional concept makes the function of family endowment weaker;Because of a lack of management of pension institution,and insufficient funds,are hard to meet the personalized needs of old people,and influence the elderly life satisfaction.Under the publicity and promotion of government and community workers,community home endowment have been recognized by more and more old people and families.Therefore,this article obtains from the community home endowment mode,we discuss the influence factors of life satisfaction of old people in the city under the elderly community home endowment way,so as to improve the elderly life quality,and the life satisfaction.Firstly,we look up a lot of reference at home and abroad,and then we found out that there are 13 main impacts which can have influence on the life satisfaction of old people,After that we make a analyze on the influence of the 13 impacts.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the community home endowment service model,we construct the conceptual model of influencing urban elderly life satisfaction.Finally,by using structural equation model further empirical analysis of the key factors that affect the elderly life satisfaction and affect the path.The research results show that,the effect degree of living satisfaction degree of old people is: interpersonal,community health care,family relations,health,children to take care of the situation,social participation,spiritual comfort,cognitive factors and community service quality(from high to low).Health can also indirectly affect the life satisfaction of oldpeople through cognitive factors.Social participation through spiritual solace indirectly affect the life satisfaction of old people.State of the economy and the community living environment’s do not have a significant influence on the life satisfaction of old people.Finally,based on the above analysis,We give some advice to improve the life satisfaction of old people from four aspects: the old people themselves,families,communities and the social.
