Research Of Social Work Intervention Urban Elderly Community Care

With the continuous aggravation of China's aging process,the function of family pension has been weakened,but the institutional pension is far more than the demand,how to open up a pension mode suitable for China's national conditions has become a social problem to be solved.Since the implementation of community care in the UK in the 1950s,it has achieved good results and received attention and promotion from countries around the world.Community care has become the mainstream way to solve pension problems in western society.As an important space for the elderly to live in their later years,community care has been gradually attached importance to its role in elderly care.Meanwhile,the burden of traditional family care is increasingly heavier,making community care an important mode to solve the elderly care problem.In this paper,based on the above background,this paper puts forward a new idea of social work in urban elderly community care,uphold the concept of win-win,respond to the demand of the elderly in community work ways at the same time,tap their own potential,to build their social support network,enable the elderly to use their resources to face and solve the problem better.Based on erdos city w community as a case study,the integrated use of literature analysis method,observation method,interview method and the elderly to community work personnel to carry out the investigation,the elderly community services to carry out the present situation,the service personnel professional level,the urban old-age demand analysis etc.,thus summarizes w community to carry out the problems in the elderly community care services and urban elderly pension requirements.In addition,under the guidance of relevant theories such as ERG needs and empowerment,a practical study on social work's involvement in urban community care for the elderly was carried out.On the basis of practical research,the author puts forward Suggestions and reflections from the perspective of social workers,and draws the conclusion that the intervention of social work not only meets the needs of the elderly,but also helps the elderly build social support and improve the informal care system.
