Social Work Intervene In Practical Exploration Of Social Adaptation Of Elderly People Moving Into Urban Community

In recent years,with the rapid and steady development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the impact of the information has penetrated into every aspect of people's lives.At the same time,the process of urbanization has continued to advance rapidly and effectively,and the children of urban workers are affected.The influence of China's ‘home' culture and ‘filial piety' culture has taken care of elderly relatives who are already senior,and there is a phenomenon of relocating old people to urban communities.Due to changes in environmental factors,the elderly are directly affected by the urban community.There are many problems that are not adaptable.How to solve the aging problem in China today,helping many elderly people to solve the problem of social adaptation in urban communities,provide efficient and professional services,as a master of social work need to think about issues.As a master's degree in social work,during my internship at the G Social Work Service Center in Zhengzhou,I used the professional knowledge and research methods of professional social work,adhered to the social work ethics,combined knowledge and practice,and based on previous research.,Try to use the method of group work to ease the problem of adaptation of the urban community for the elderly with the relocation.The research in this paper is based on the author's relocation of elderly people's leisure learning group in the Z community and focuses on the goals,implementation process,and service effectiveness of the group work.First of all,the author mainly analyzes and elaborates on the status and demand of the elderly community in the Z community through the household interview survey and the existing data,and forms a needs assessment report.Secondly,on the basis of this assessment,the author draws lessons from the domestic practical experience of previous similar studies,and makes full use of sociology and social work related theories as a guideline to explore and design a team work service plan suitable for the elderly in the Z community to adapt to the social problems in urban communities.In the process of implementing the service plan,the author hosts and observes as a professional social worker,and always guards against the changes in the role and position of social workers in the group,and uses professional social work practice skills in combination with a professional group work model as a service target.Provide the appropriate service.Finally,after the work of the entire group was completed,the author conducted a group process assessment and group performance evaluation of the group's development.
