Social Work Is Involved In The Study Of Community Care For The Elderly In Urban Areas

In the present society of history,the one-child policy has become a special kind of one-child families,which has alleviated the population pressure and made great contributions to the social and economic development of our country-the single-child elderly should not be the object forgotten by the society.In our country,with the increase of time and the age of the old,the number of the old people who lack the ability of self-care is increasing year by year.The social challenge brought by the rapid increase of the population is becoming more and more serious.Influenced by our traditional ideas and values,most of the elderly prefer to live in their familiar environment.Community Care for the lost elderly is the most suitable for the Development process of China's current Society One of the ways to provide old age.It is a realistic problem to develop urban community care for the lost elderly,to solve the old people's worries about the elderly,and to seek medical treatment.It is necessary to solve the problem as soon as possible in Xi'an and even in the whole country.The community care for the elderly without independence in the city can not only improve properly under the existing economic conditions,reduce costs,but also enable the elderly to enjoy the traditional way of providing for the elderly,so as to meet their various needs.It can solve the plight of the lost elderly,solve the problem of providing for the aged,seek medical treatment and enjoy the present life,which is also the community care in line with the development of Xi'an.Based on the T-street of Xi'an City,this paper studies the community care of the elderly who have lost independence in the city by using the professional method of social work.This paper consists of seven parts:the introduction,including the research background and significance,summarizes the difficulties encountered in the care of the lost elderly and the community in China,the shortcomings and the research results achieved,because the one-child policy is a unique policy in our country,Since it has never been carried out abroad,it has drawn lessons from the research results of urban community care in the United Kingdom,followed by research ideas and research methods,and elaborated the three concepts of the elderly who have lost their independence,the urban community,and the community providing for the aged,and applied welfare pluralism.Community care Theory is the basis of this paper;The second part is an overview of the community care for the elderly who have lost independence in China,and from two parts:the living situation of the elderly who have lost independence and the current situation of the care and development of the urban community.The diversity of community care service institutions,the development of volunteer team needs to be improved,the professional work needs to be promoted and so on.The third part,based on the perspective of social work profession,analyzes the feasibility of social workers' intervention from the perspective of social work organizations' intervention in the community care of the lost elderly in T Street,and analyzes the feasibility of social workers' intervention from the point of view of case consultation,group support,psychological comfort,listening to communication and formulating a plan.Planning,organizing activities,coordinating management,integrating resources,assisting institutions and promoting the development of the five aspects of social work in which the role of social work;The fourth part is the empirical analysis,through the field investigation and analysis of the characteristics of the elderly losing independence,economic needs,emotional needs,medical needs and social support needs,and so on.The case study is based on the community care of the lost elderly in the T Street of Xi'an City.The fifth part is based on the fourth part of the reality of the study on the analysis of Xi'an T street single elderly community care encountered in the real predicament,specifically,there are the following three aspects:lack of government responsibility,urban independence of the elderly.The construction of community care team is backward,and there is a gap between the supply of urban community care service and the needs of the elderly.The sixth part,based on the present problems,puts forward a basic way to solve the plight of care for the elderly who have lost independence,strengthen the responsibility and supervision of the government in the care of the urban community,and promote the construction of the ranks of the community care for the elderly who have lost their independence in the city.To provide services for the elderly who have lost independence to meet the needs of the three countermeasures.The seventh part is to summarize and reflect on the existing mode.In order to improve the overall community care for the elderly who have lost independence to provide substantial
