| Taking the investment of the JA Company Pension Service Center as an example,through analysis of investment benefits,this paper aims to help companiesgrow and expand in the fairly competitive pension industry,and to provide insight for other enterprises to survive in a similarly complex environment.First,In view of the main issues in this study,we collected domestic and foreign data on the development trend of pensions,market conditions,investment benefits,etc.,Put forward the direction of this research.Secondly,In terms of data collection,a detailed investigation and research was conducted on the project organization and development environment related to the construction of the elderly care service center of Shenyang A Corporation,and a large amount of scientific and reasonable relevant data was obtained.Fibally,In order to construct the evaluation model and the corresponding index system,the data of the JA Senior Care Center was collected and collected,and then the qualitative evaluation and analysis of its finances were carried out,and the corresponding data was put into the model for quantitative research,thus to the entire project.The economic benefits of the investment program are evaluated financially.through the analysis of investment benefits,it is concluded that the project yields a net present value,internal return rate,and an investment payback period that all exceedthe benchmark values of those evaluation metrics in the industry.The project is highly profitable.The construction and implementation of the project is completely feasible and necessary.The second is through investment benefit analysis,so that corporate decision makers can continue to strengthen theoretical learning to improve their own capabilities of performing analysis in market strategies and investment benefits,while being able to accurately grasp the market trends of the pension industry,and then to avoid some of the possible anticipation before the implementation of the project The problem. |
