Research On The Difficulties Of Unit-based Community Pension Service And Social Worker Intervention Strategy

In recent years,the academic community on the community home care research heat is rising,and the community care service related to the field of research and practice has also made great achievements.However,most of the researches focus on the pilot study of home-based elderly care service in ordinary communities,ignoring the impact of community model on the construction and operation of home-based elderly care service system.In reality,the community model is not uniform,but there are a variety of different types,of which unit community is a special and important type of urban community in China.Moreover,as the unit type community construction time is relatively long,the community population aging problem is more serious.Under the background of population aging,the pension problem of unit community is an urgent problem to be paid attention to and solved.Then,under the current model of community home care service,what kind of pension status is the unit community in at the present stage? What are the problems in unit-type community pension?What are the needs of home care for the elderly? How to introduce home care service projects into such communities? How to introduce home care service projects into unit-type communities?Based on this,this paper introduced the case study of hefei L community,as a main body with unit type community elderly service,using literature research,quantitative research and qualitative research with the combination of research methods,mainly focused on L community elderly endowment demand that occupy the home,to the construction and development of community endowment service L problems existing in the process of analysis and explanation,and connecting with the intervention of social work service experience,for the social work intervention unit type community home endowment service offer sexual Suggestions.The specific contents are as follows:First,according to the results of the previous questionnaire survey,the community elderly care needs of the elderly in the L community are analyzed.The survey shows that the elderly with different degrees of aging,different levels of education,and different levels ofself-care have different characteristics of community pension services.But generally speaking,the elderly in the L community have a higher demand for life care and medical care.In terms of spiritual comfort,since the elderly in the L community are mainly unit employees,the basic cultural needs of this group of elderly people can be met through the unit,so the demand for spiritual culture is low,but the sense of loss and loneliness of the elderly in the unit community is more Ordinary elderly people are more intense,so the demand for emotional support is high.Secondly,analyze and explain the problem of unit-type community pension service.According to the information obtained through preliminary investigations and practical interventions,it is proposed that the current unit-type community pension services have the following problems: conflicts between the supply and demand of community pension services,insufficient coordination of community pension management,and the overall level of community pension services lagging behind actual demand,both formal and informal care are effectively implemented,and the community's old-age service lacks human resources.Finally,From its own professional perspective,it puts forward the development strategy of perfecting unit-type community old-age service.Based on the analysis paradigm at the micro and macro levels,try the application of social work methods in the home-based care service of the unit community.
