The Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Village Cadre Compensation Management In C County

As the manager of rural affairs,the reasonable compensation of village cadres is conducive to the improvement of their self-identity and post identity,as well as the improvement of work efficiency.Meanwhile,standardizing the remuneration of village cadres is also conducive to strengthening the management of village cadres and improving the social management efficiency of the government.The per capita net income of farmers has increased rapidly.And the remuneration of village cadres has also increased accordingly.However,with the development of social economy,there are some problems in the compensation management of village cadres in C county.Based on hierarchy of needs theory and fairness theory,this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the current compensation management of village cadres in C county by means of questionnaire survey,field visit and reading relevant materials.It is found that C county has problems in the management of village cadres' compensation,such as low satisfaction,mismatching of compensation and payment,lack of performance appraisal mechanism,heavy financial burden,lack of supervision of village collective economic compensation,and illegal income.Finally,combined with the actual of C county,Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of increasing financial transfer payment,accelerating the development of village collective economy,promoting the optimization and adjustment of village community scale,promoting the reduction of burden at the grass-roots level,improving the performance appraisal mechanism,and strengthening anti-corruption efforts at the rural level,so as to improve the remuneration of village cadres.
