Study On The Status And Countermeasures Of County Volunteer Service

Voluntary service generally refers to the behavior that volunteers organize and serve the public and promote social development and progress.In other words,volunteering generally refers to the use of one’s time,skills,resources and kindness to provide non-profit,unpaid and non-professional assistance to neighbors,communities and society.It is a part of the social organizations or individuals,without any return,to improve the society,promote social progress and voluntarily pay time and energy to make the service work.Voluntary service is an innovative measure and way for ngos to participate in social public management in the new era.With the development of reform and opening up and market economy,volunteer service is influenced by western ideas and practices.After continuous localization,it has reached the critical period of standardization and institutionalization.From the whole country,the development of voluntary service is still insufficient and unbalanced,especially compared with some county-level cities and prefecture-level cities,western regions and eastern regions,and economically underdeveloped regions and economically developed regions,the former still lags behind the latter.At present,voluntary service has fully demonstrated its advantages in promoting social management innovation to some extent.However,there are still many difficulties and obstacles in its own development process,which need to be further discovered and solved.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),voluntary services have been included in government reports for a time,which plays a positive role in promoting the development of voluntary services and voluntary organizations.Under xi jinping thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,it is urgent to create a new thought of voluntary service.We should combine voluntary service with the thought of the new era,give full play to the due role of voluntary service,and promote the harmonious and stable development of the society.Therefore,this article mainly by the volunteer service organization as the research object,with songyang more active volunteer service organization,for example,through the investigation and study the organizational structure characteristics,members,operation and management mechanism,and their current volunteer service activities to carry out the situation,the volunteer service activities highlight types,job characteristics and the problems facing difficulties,further summarizes the general situation of the dilemma faced by volunteer work at the county level and the bottleneck,in-depth analysis of the reasons for these difficulties and problems,and combined with the current requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on volunteer service,to promote the development of volunteer work at the county level put forward countermeasure and the suggestion,To further promote the voluntary service work to play an effective role in boosting social public management and promote the construction of a harmonious society.
