The rule of law is the civilized guideline of human society,the pursuit of values in contemporary China,and the necessary condition for the modernization of the state governance system.The 19 th CPC Congress,held in October 2017,explicitly elevated the comprehensive rule of law as one of the "four comprehensive" States to the national strategy.The report points out that full rule of law is an essential requirement and an important guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics.From the legislative,executive,judicial and law-abiding aspects of the operation of the rule of law,the basic requirements and operational deployment of such a strategy are systematically pointed out,and the importance of the rule of law is reaffirmed.To uphold the authority of the law requires the sincere support of the whole people.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the concept of the rule of law for the citizens to build the rule of law in China.Cultivating the rule of law concept of higher vocational students is not only the key link of the system of cultivating the rule of law concept of the whole people,but also the important goal of modern higher vocational education.The core course of ideological and political theory course in our country's colleges and universities is "ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis",which carries on the important mission of teaching higher vocational students correct outlook on life,values,morality and rule of law.It is an important problem for higher vocational law course teaching to accurately grasp the goal and content of rule of law education for higher vocational students under the background of promoting rule of law in an all-round way,to understand and implement the basic requirements of rule of law and to cultivate the concept of rule of law for higher vocational students.Based on the optimized the Law course teaching in higher vocational institutes of higher vocational students concept of socialist rule of law culture problem,using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,system analysis,the basic methods such as qualitative analysis,combine education theory and teaching practice,teaching innovation,aims to the Law course teaching effectively cultivate students' concept of the rule of law.The text is divided into four chapters,according to "theoretical basis-cultivation of the status present situation-cultivation of goal and content-cultivation ways and methods" logical text.The first chapter makes clear the basic theory of cultivating students 'idea of rule of law in higher vocational law.Firstly,the orientation of higher vocational law courses is the nature of the courses and their objectives.This course is one of higher vocational ideological and political theory course,also is public basic compulsory course.Responsible for helping students to aspire,cultivate morality and be a person,with the goal of cultivating students' political quality,humanistic accomplishment and all-round development ability.Then it discusses the basic meaning,main characteristics and forming conditions of the cultivation of the rule of law concept in higher vocational students.The cultivation of the rule of law concept of higher vocational students refers to the transformation of the rule of law concept and the rule of law norm into conscious consciousness and behavior through the development of the rule of law education,recognition and acceptance of the rule of law concept,adherence and obedience to the law norm.At last,it analyzes the necessity of cultivating students 'rule of law concept through higher vocational law course teaching and the feasibility of enhancing students' rule of law concept through optimizing law course teaching.The second chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of the legal concept of law in higher vocational education.Data source is mainly done in June 2017,the author of the higher vocational schools under the rule of law concept training status quo survey,survey of students from guangxi vocational and technical college,guangxi electric power vocational and technical college,guangxi management cadre institute of politics and law,guangxi university of Chinese medicine,guangxi university for nationalities acacia lake,guangxi international business vocational college,nanning vocational and technical college,guangxi traffic vocational and technical college,total 203 questionnaires received.Through the analysis and analysis,the main problems are found in higher vocational students' conviction and acceptance of the rule of law,but the phenomenon of the contradiction,questioning and identity of cognition and action is prominent.The reasons for these problems are the erroneous concept of the rule of law in higher vocational students,the lack of the spirit of the rule of law,and the lack of legal thinking.The third chapter establishes the goal and content of cultivating the concept of rule of law of higher vocational students.Based on the fact that the course of law has two functions:ideological and political education and rule of law education,it is established that the teaching content has the basic content of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,the core value of modern rule of law and the concept of rights and obligations.The teaching goal is to correctly recognize and evaluate the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.To form socialist legal thinking;Recognize the value of socialist rule of law and respect the authority of law;Set up the ideal faith of building a socialist rule of law country.Chapter four explores ways and means of cultivating students' legal concept through higher vocational law.According to the rule of law,"cognition--consciousness--emotion--action",the choice of the way has deepened the teaching content,leading the intrinsic value;Focus on the emotional experience and stimulate the emotional power;Strengthen thinking training,develop the rule of law thinking;Participate in legal practice and cultivate civic awareness.The specific method is to focus on the task-driven method and the situational teaching method.
