Research On Social Assistance Mechanism Of Only Child-Lost Family In Dalian From The Perspective Of Welfare Pluralism

The implementation of China's "one child policy" has,on the one hand,controlled the growth of the population,which has caused more than 300 million people to be born in China,and on the other hand,the number of single-child families in China has increased.When the only child died due to accident,illness,or suicide,it led to the emergence of a family that lost their independence.According to demographer Wang Guangzhou,China will generate 76,000 families who have lost their only one child each year.After losing the only child,the lost family generally faces the problems of lack of economic support,lack of life care,and lack of spiritual comfort.The government cannot meet the diversified needs of the families who have lost their only child.After the economic stagflation,the western welfare state began to change from a single entity with the government as a welfare provider to the market sector and voluntary agencies,which confirmed the necessity of multi-subject participation in social service provision.This paper investigates the needs of the families in Dalian,and concludes that Dalian's current assistance to the families who have lost their only child has the government's leading role,the neglect of the differentiated needs of the families,the lack of social participation,and the safety of life.The problem of lack of education,in order to explore the establishment of the basis of fairness and sustainability,guided by the actual needs of the recipients,with government assistance as a guarantee,social assistance as a supplement,while strengthening social life safety education to prevent risks Rescue mechanism.The text of this article is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction,describing the research background and significance of this article.Foreign studies on bereavement families,empty nesters and children without children,the difficulties and demands of the families who have lost their families,the families who have lost their families,and the assistance of families who have lost their families.Relevant research on institutional and government responsibilities,as well as research ideas and methods,innovations and deficiencies in this paper.The second part is the definition of the concept of the family and social assistance mechanism and the theoretical basis of this article—wealth pluralism,social support theory and social capital theory.The third part describes and analyzes the economic status,pension status,medical status and mental health status of the families in Dalian,as well as the government,community,enterprises and social organizations.On the basis of the third part,the fourth part concludes that the current family rescue in Dalian shows that the government's leading role is insufficient,neglecting the differentiated needs of the family,the lack of social participation and the lack of life safety education.The fifth part attempts to explore the construction of a welfare mechanism based on fairness and sustainability to meet the actual needs of the families who have lost their only one child,with government assistance as a guarantee and social assistance as a supplement,while strengthening life safety education and preventing risks.The sixth part is the research conclusions and prospects of this paper.
