Research On The Old-Age Security Of The Only Child-Lost Families In Fushistreet,Fushun County,Sichuan Province

As a large population country in the world,in order to control the rapid growth of population,we have to adjust and control the population growth from the national policy level with limited natural resources and environmental conditions,and with less developed productive forces and productive forces production levels.As a basic national policy in a specific period,family planning policy effectively controls the population growth rate of our country,and it also became the first country in the world to enforce national birth control.The positive effect is to promote the rapid development of our economy and reduce the pressure of natural resources and environment.Of course,the policy also brought some negative effects.A large number of one-child families are less able to resist the risk of “natural and man-made disasters,” “the only child-lost families” is a special group formed by the “only child” family losing its only child.“The only child-lost families” not only bear the emotional blow when they lose their children,but also cause huge economic losses.This will make their later life,spiritual comfort,pension,medical,social relations and so on difficult.With the rapid development of the national economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standard,a series of problems faced by the special group of “The only child-lost families” have gradually attracted the attention of the society.From 2007,the state began to provide assistance to the disabled and dead children of only child families,and formulated and implemented some specific support policies.These policies have not made a good improvement on a series of problems faced by the special group of “the only child-lost families”.There are mainly two reasons: first,the number of “the only child-lost families” in China is growing day by day,which has reached a million,and a little help can only be a drop in the bucket;second,the policy itself is imperfect.At present,the most common,urgent and realistic problem faced by the “the only child-lost families” is the problem of providing for the aged.Therefore,it is necessary to make a deep research on the pension problem of the only child-lost families,solve the problem of the elderly effectively of the only child-lost families and finally build a pension system suitable for the only child-lost families.It is very necessary to perfect the theoretical research of supporting the only child-lost families,solve the problem of supporting the only child-lost families,let the only child-lost families not afraid of old age,not afraid of disease,really live a happy old age,and build a harmonious society.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter focuses on the selection basis and research value of the topic,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,research ideas and specific implementation methods.this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey;The second chapter introduces the main concepts of this paper,this paper takes the theory of social support,welfare pluralism theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and new public service theory as theoretical models.In the third chapter,the economic situation,life needs,mental state and medical security of the only child-lost families in Fushistreet of Fushun County were investigated by one-on-one interview.The existing problems are mainly the loss of economic resources,lack of care and lack of confidence in the life after the loss of the only child.The fourth chapter mainly talks about the problems that the only child-lost families in Fushistreet encountered in the elderly care and the reasons for these problems.In the fifth chapter of this paper,we try to design a solution to the problem of the only child-lost families,Starting from the construction and improvement of the social security service system of the only child-lost families,the construction of the community care model for the only child-lost families and the improvement of the spiritual comfort level of the the only child-lost families,the quality of life of the the only child-lost families can be guaranteed so that they can truly enjoy their old age.The sixth chapter is the reseach conclusion and prosepect.Due to the limited ability,this paper is still deficient in the analysis of the combination of theory and practice and the design of the scheme,which needs to be further improved.
