Research On The Electronic Development Of Village Affairs Management

With the development of rural informatization and the improvement of living standards of farmers,the relationship between the Internet and the countryside is increasingly close.Using computers and smartphones to access the Internet has become the norm.The rural traditional management system and management methods have been difficult to meet the needs of peasants democratic participation in village affairs governance,exposed many malpractices.It is very necessary to establish new concept of development and innovate management mode and accelerate the modernization of rural management system and management ability.Electronic village affairs management can effectively improve the level of villager autonomy,greatly improve the efficiency of village affairs management.The openness and transparency of village affairs curbes rural corruption at the source,so that people have more sense of participation,sense of gain,happiness.Guided byXi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,on the basis of in-depth study and implementation of general secretary xi jinping's important thought on comprehensively deepening reform,Longyou County,Quzhou City,Zhejiang Province insisted on and innovated the development of "maple bridge experience",and made full use of the "Internet +" modern information technology,and applied a wide variety of village affairs to the Internet platform,Committed to "coming from the masses and going to the masses",and created a new rural governance model of co-construction,co-governance and sharing through the mobile phone terminal platform of "longyou tong".This paper is based on the existing research of scholars,and summarizes the development status quo of electronic village governance in China,by looking up a lot of literature.Adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts,taking zhejiang Quzhou City longyou county as the empirical research object,through field research in longyou county,Quzhou City,zhejiang province,I had an in-depth conversation with secretaryYuan Pinghua,founder of “longyoutong”,and randomly interviewed the villagers of zhangwang village,tongjia village and xiangjia village.With the methods of interview,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,case study and literature study,this paper analyzes the electronic mode of village affairs management in longyou county.This paper discusses the practice and effect of "longyoutong" in village affairs management,analyzes the limitation of "longyoutong" and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures of our country village affairs electronic management.The research holds that "longyoutong" is a fresh practice of "Internet + village affairs management",a major innovation of rural governance,and can be promoted as a grassroots sample of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
