China is a large agricultural country, the process of changing agricultural information, at the same time, the electronic village affairs in the process of development of agricultural information emerged to solve the "three rural" issue played a certain role.Electronic village affairs is network information technology as the basis to farmers’ needs as the core, the rural-government management, economic development and public services combine the three electronic information exchange platform thus formed. Electronic village affairs is an important means to realize agricultural information.
