Research On Grid E-government Application Of Social Governance In Qingxiu District

At present,the goal of government function transformation and the important content of political system reform are to build a modern service-oriented government.E-government has been widely adopted and applied in all regions and all levels of government.However,at present,many articles on E-government are mostly from the perspective of pure technology,while the problems existing in the current social governance of the government,as well as the deficiencies in management,organizational structure and other aspects are less involved,including many smart city schemes are from the perspective of technology only,without explaining what is the urban development strategy(urban competitive strategy)around the smart city?Many e-govemment articles only involve information technology,which is only one of the means,not all,to ensure the implementation of the strategy around the organization strategy.E-government should be a system engineering involving social governance concept,management system,organizational structure and management information system integration framework.This paper chooses the application of grid E-government in social governance in Qingxiu district as the main research object.Before 2015,e-govemment,as an important support means of social governance in Qingxiu District,has developed for many years,with a certain scale of network infrastructure and application construction.However,the high integration of information resources is becoming a bottleneck restricting the construction and development of smart city,and the coordination mechanism is not healthy Full,low efficiency.In view of the problems existing in the social governance of Qingxiu District,this paper analyzes the challenges,management system,organizational structure,culture and information technology faced by the construction of grid E-government in the social governance of Qingxiu district through the thinking of the integration framework of e-govemment information system,and puts forward solutions.The results are as follows:innovating and developing the new mode of government service,improve the business environment,power operation more sunlight,urban management more efficient,the masses more convenient.The conclusion of this study and the details of the case can provide a reference for the construction of social governance grid and e-government in the underdeveloped areas such as the central and western regions.
