Research On Improving The Rule Of Law Literacy Of The Grass-roots Public Security Auxiliary Police In The New Era

The grass-roots public security auxiliary police is an important part of our country’s law enforcement work.Today,the national strategy layout of governing the country according to law is being promoted.It is an important step to optimize the national governance system and enhance the national governance ability to strengthen the work of improving the legal literacy of the grass-roots public security auxiliary police,and guide the concept of the rule of law by using the idea of the construction of the country under the rule of law.Strengthening the education of the legal literacy of the grass-roots police auxiliary police is closely related to the political education of public security in China.The theoretical basis of the ideological and political education of public security involved is the basic premise and important basis of the education of the law of the grass-roots police auxiliary police.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has emphasized the importance of improving the quality of the rule of law of the whole people.Under the new situation and new background,the scale of the police assistant police is growing.How to improve the legal literacy of the grass-roots auxiliary police has become an indispensable and even extremely important part of the construction of the social rule of law.Based on this,this paper takes the improvement of the legal literacy of the grass-roots public security auxiliary police as the main research content.Based on the research methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interdisciplinary and case analysis,the article is divided into the following partsThe first chapter is the introduction chapter,which mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,research methods and research ideas,research difficulties and innovations.The second chapter is the summary of the improvement of the legal literacy of the grass-roots police auxiliary police in the new era.It mainly analyzes the definition of the concept of the grass-roots public security auxiliary police and the constitution of the legal literacy,the relevant theoretical basis,and the significance of the cultivation of the legal literacy of the grass-roots police auxiliary police.The third chapter discusses the problems and reasons for the improvement of the legal literacy of the grass-roots police auxiliary police in the new era.The main way of questionnaire analysis: in the new era,the basic public security auxiliary police legal literacy has the problems of the awareness of the rule of law to be improved,the belief in the rule of law is not firm,the awareness of the rule of law needs to be further enhanced,and the rule of law behavior needs to be standardized.Then,the paper analyzes the causes of the above problems from the aspects of the grass-roots police auxiliary police,family,society and work units,The fourth part discusses the ways to improve the legal literacy of the grass-roots police auxiliary police in the new era.The paper mainly puts forward some suggestions about the problems existing in the cultivation of the grass-roots police assistant police’s legal literacy in the previous chapter,namely,self-rule of law education,family legal awareness education,new media legal culture publicity to create a good social atmosphere,and improve the recruitment management system and the cultivation system of the legal literacy of the police.The research on the cultivation and promotion of the legal literacy of the grass-roots public security auxiliary police in the new period,and the systematic exploration and thinking of the relevant theories of the construction of the public security by law in the new period can not only further promote the construction process of the legal public security in China,but also further improve the theoretical system of the construction of the legal public security in China.
