Research On The Development Strategy Of Aerospace X Company In The Background Of Civil-military Integration

The development of military civilian integration is a way of rejuvenating the country,a strategy of building a strong military,and a major achievement of China's long-term exploration of the law of coordinated development of economic construction and national defense construction.President Xi made it clear that upgrading the development of military civilian integration into a national strategy is a major decision made from the overall perspective of national security and strategic development,and is the overall design layout of enriching the country and strengthening the army.The development strategy of military civilian integration has become the overall goal and specific requirements of the state for the deepening reform of national defense science and technology units,especially the central enterprises of military industry,and requires strengthening its strategic position from the system mechanism level.As the key supporting scientific research and production unit of military equipment of China Aerospace Science and industry group,aerospace X company is the only one specialized in the research and development and production of hydraulic and pneumatic products in the group,which has made important contributions to national major projects and key models such as national manned spaceflight,lunar exploration engineering,missile weapons,launch vehicles,etc..For many years,X company has continued the business development mode under the traditional military planning system,focusing on the development of military industry,while the development of civil industry is insufficient.The business performance has grown steadily,but there is still a gap between the requirements of the group company's leapfrog development and its own sustainable development.Under the guidance of the current national military civilian integration development strategy,whether X company can seize the opportunity to complete the transformation and upgrading,and achieve healthy,rapid and sustainable development is an urgent problem to be considered and solved.In this paper,aerospace X company,a three-level unit of China Aerospace Science and industry group,a large state-owned central enterprise,is taken as theresearch object,guided by the theoretical knowledge of strategic management,using the analytical methods and tools of strategic management,aiming at the problems existing in the development of military civilian integration of X company in the background of military civilian integration,a systematic and in-depth research is carried out,hoping to find out the solutions in the research process,and can find suitable for the company's future development strategy,formulate a scientific and reasonable development strategy plan with certain guiding significance.The research idea of this paper mainly follows the general process of strategic management,that is,making strategic analysis for the research object,setting strategic objectives,generating strategies,implementing strategies,and finally putting forward safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategies.Strategy is the way to win,and strategic management is the core task of enterprise management,because enterprise strategy points out the development direction of the enterprise,and puts forward suitable feasible plans for the realization of development goals.Taking X company as the research object to carry out the development strategy research under the background of civil military integration is to provide some references for the healthy,rapid and sustainable development of the company at the key point of the 14 th five year plan.At the same time,author hopes this research can provide useful reference for other similar units in the field of aerospace industry to carry out the research of development strategy innovation under the background of military civilian integration.
