Women's Night To Participate In Politics In Shaanxi-gansu-ningxia Border Region

Women's participation in politics is a manifestation of the development of democratic politics.In ancient China,women did not enjoy the political rights protected by law to participate in the administration of state and social affairs.Women can not pass the title,can not pass the imperial examination to enter the official career.During the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,under the influence of the Western women's political participation movement,some Chinese women first felt that they had sprouted their political participation consciousness.In1898,the Reform Movement of 1898,the reformist woman Lu Cui,put forward seven suggestions to Emperor Guang Xu on women's right to participate in politics.This is China's first opinion on the theory of political participation.In May 1931,the National Assembly adopted the Law of the Republic of China on the Law on the Law of the Republic of China on the Rule of Law for the first time to give women the right to participate in politics in the form of law.In the process from claiming rights to owning rights,the political participation movement since modern times has brought the ideological basis of the political participation rights in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border region,and also has its own limitations.During the War of Resistance against Japan,women's political participation in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region was carried out under the support and leadership of the Communist Party of China.Through policy support and action guidance,the Party and the Border Region Government effectively solved the problems encountered by women in the process of political participation.The electoral system was the basis of democratic politics and participation in Parliament was the practical way for women to participate in and discuss politics.Through the promulgation of a series of laws and regulations,the Communist Party of China has gradually increased women's right to participate in political affairs through three democratic elections and three sessions of the Council.Women also exercise their political rights by becoming government officials and participating in social organizations.The political participation of women in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region has improved the long-term oppressed and enslaved social status of womenin the Border Region.It has not only enhanced the political status of women,promoted the development of women's political participation movements in other base areas,but also promoted the construction of democratic politics,which has set off an unprecedented upsurge of women's political participation in the history of the Chinese Women's Movement.Women also played an important role in supporting the War of Resistance against Japan.The first part is a study on the basic theory of women's right to participate in politics in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border Region.To define the historical scope of the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region,the concept of the right to participate in politics,the historical development and limitations of the right to participate in politics since modern times.Highlighting the women's right to participate in politics,the broad participation level,the enthusiasm of participation,and the flexibility of the way of participation,The second part is the way to realize women's right to participate in politics in Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia border areas.By combing the process and results of three democratic elections and three sessions of the Senate,the number of female senators,the number of female cadres,the quality of women's proposals and the comparison of the results of each election,the democratic and scientific nature of women's political participation in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region is highlighted.Of course,women's entry into the government as officials and participation in social organizations are also the paths for women to exercise their political participation.The third part this paper analyzes the safeguard measures of women's right to participate in politics in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border Region from four aspects.Institutional basis for political participation: enactment of a series of legal documents to provide for legislation;cultural basis of the right to political participation;promotion of women's education through schools,newspapers,winter school campaigns;organizational conditions for political participation;diversity of means of publicity and unique voting;material basis for political participation;and economic advancement of women.The forth part to study the historical significance and basic experience of women's political participation in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region.The leadership of the Party is the fundamental element to guarantee women's right to participate in politics;the formulation and implementation of relevant laws is animportant way to guarantee women's right to participate in politics;the improvement of women's quality is the inherent requirement to guarantee the right to participate in politics;and the optimization of the objective environment for participation in politics is the external basis for ensuring women's right to participate in politics.In order to provide some experience and enlightenment for the development and progress of women's political participation and socialist democratic politics in the present and future periods.
