A Study Of The Licensed Use Of Digital Music Works

From the development of traditional music to digital music,the Chinese music market has experienced a long development process.The licensed use of music works plays an irreplaceable role in it,which makes the value of music works play its own role and the creators get due remuneration.The rational use of licensed use makes the Chinese music market more efficient and standardized.If the licensing mode is not used reasonably,the licensing mode lags behind the social development,which will lead to the low efficiency of communication licensing,market failure,the rapid loss of the value of works,and the loss of control of the copyright market.In order to solve these problems,we need to perfect the innovation of licensing mode in legislation and market supervision,so as to balance the interests of the three and ensure the stable development of our music market.Therefore,on the basis of the current digital music licensing mode,this paper analyzes its current situation,finds out the crux,investigates the reasons,solves the unsuitable licensing mode under the digital technology of our country,puts forward specific solutions,explores the new licensing mode in line with the development of digital music,so as to continue to maintain and increase the circulation of music value.In a big environment like digital music,there are many problems in the music market,which cause discussion from all walks of life.At this time,it is urgent for the state and the market to improve the licensing mode of digital music works.In order to ensure the research significance of the realization of the value of digital music works,combing and learning from the licensing mode of foreign countries,to explore the licensing mode of digital music works in line with China’s national conditions.This paper briefly introduces the related concepts of digital music licensing mode,analyzes the current situation of three licensing modes,finds out the areas that are inconsistent with the current music development,and investigates the reasons.It provides a reasonable theoretical basis for improving the licensing mode of digital music works.Based on the experience of legislation and Reform in China,a new development and new path are established for the licensing model of digital music works in China.In contrast,from the digital music licensing system in the United States,we can draw inspiration to build a digital music licensing model road that is in line with China’s national conditions.Through strengthening the coordination of license efficiency and communication efficiency,making up for the lack of legal license of recording products,improving the collective management license,adjusting the exclusive license mechanism and other measures.On the basis of improving these licensing modes,it is suggested to establish an "e-commerce music platform",which is similar to the "Taobao" licensing trading platform,which can establish users’ awareness of payment,help to speed up the circulation of works and improve the efficiency of copyright licensing,and make the licensing mechanism more transparent and open.This paper will elaborate the content of digital music licensing system from four parts.
