Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Home-based Elderly Care Services In Rural Communities From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization—

Under the trend of "aging population" in rural areas and "empty nesting" of families,with the acceleration of population flow and the change of family structure,the function of traditional family pension is gradually weakened.Promoting the development of rural community home-based care has become the focus of attention.Compared with institutional care,it focuses on home-based care,compared with family care,it focuses on the regional activities of the elderly population.It is a way of relying on the community,organically combining home and social resources to provide elderly care services for the rural elderly.There are basically consistent views on the necessity and feasibility of carrying out home-based elderly care service in rural communities,but the model of home-based elderly care in rural communities that can be widely applied is still in the exploration stage,It is of great significance to study the measures and ways to improve the quality of home care services in rural communities under the background of rural revitalization.The aging problem of M village in Jiangxi province has been prominent for a long time.By means of questionnaire survey,unstructured interview and literature research,this paper analyzes the operation mode and current situation of home-based elderly care services in M village community,In view of the existing problems and related reasons,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as giving full play to the leading role of the government,focusing on improving the quality of pension services,and constantly strengthening the capacity of pension services.
