Study On The Optimization Of Correctional Model Based On Mental Health State Of Prisoners

The mental health level of the prisoners has a great influence on the quality of the prisoners in the process of prison rehabilitation.Keeping a good mentality is conducive to prison security and stability and prison police to better manage prisoners.Therefore,it is necessary to study the mental health of prisoners.Aiming at the present stage of just different crime types of H prison management,rather than on different kinds of crime inmates to distinguish the different mental health status of the management,this article embarks from the inmates mental health level and situation,based on different research discipline model prisoners from the mental health status.The prison police adopts different management methods according to different prisoners and different mental health conditions to maintain the security and stability of the prison.The mental health status of prisoners in H prison in guangdong province was investigated by using 90 symptom self-rating scale.The results of the test and statistical analysis showed that the overall mental health of the prisoners was poor.The scores of each factor are generally higher than the national norm and there are significant differences.In terms of educational level,the prisoners with different educational backgrounds have significant differences in interpersonal relationship.In terms of the factors of term of imprisonment,there are significant differences in somatization and anxiety among prisoners with different terms of term of imprisonment.There was no significant difference in age factors.In terms of the types of prisoners,there exist remarkable discrepancies in somatization symptom,force,hostility and bigotry between those serving for duty crimes and those serving for non-duty crimes,and the scores of those serving for duty crimes are lower.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the general psychological state of prisoners and the psychological influencing factors with different prisoners,and puts forward the following Suggestions for improvement based on the discipline model of prisoners' psychological condition:(1)condenses the positive energy of transformation and promotes management innovation.(2)we will continue to promote both rewards and punishments and build a fair mechanism.(3)scientific understanding and scientific reform of criminals.(4)increase material input and further strengthen the construction of software and hardware.(5)political education and cultural education should go hand in hand.(6)establish psychological mutual assistance groups and hold mutual assistance training.(7)create a discipline platform for mental health education in the whole prison.
