The Challenges And Countermeasures Of The Mass Line Of The Party In The New Era

The Party's mass line is the lifeline of the Communist Party of China.Under the increasingly complex and changeable international and domestic situation,various kinds of ordeals of risks and reality challenges to the ruling foundation and status of the Communist Party of China are constantly emerging.Therefore,the Party's mass line presents new characteristics such as diversity of democratic demands,diversification of service objects and complexity of mass demands.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,it is a major strategic task for the Communist Party of China to build a harmonious socialist society,promote the Party's construction in an all-round way,and improve the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.The Party's mass line has also been endowed with the connotation of the practice of the new era.Historical experience has proved that when the Party's mass line is well implemented and the Party and the masses are closely related,the cause of the Party will develop smoothly.Therefore,in the crucial period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and in the new course of realizing"two centenary goals",we must practise the Party's mass line to provide a strong guarantee for realizing the great goal of the Chinese dream in the new era.Based on the topic of "Practicing the Party's Mass Line in the New Era",this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and problem introduction to carry out researches for the challenges and Countermeasures of practicing the Party's Mass Line in the new era.Initilally,the research background and significance,current research situation,writing ideas and innovative points of this paper are generally described.Besides,from the perspective of theoretical sources,according to the basic principles of Marx's materialist conception of history and Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the paper comprehensively studies the development and practice history of the party's mass line,and interpretes Marx's mass historical view,Lenin's mass history view,and the essence of Chinese traditional"people oriented" thought.What's more,based on the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the challenges faced with the practice of the Party's mass line are analyzed concretely,such as the diverse demands for democracy from all walks of life,the new requirements for the rule of law and fairness brought by the changes in social contradictions,the urgent need for further enrichment of the people's cultural life,the need for continuous satisfaction of the people's livelihood expectations for a better life,and the gap between the image of Party members and the mass's expectations.The causes of the above challenges are analyzed in detail.Finally,following the new concept of governing the country in the new era with Xi Jinping as the core,this paper explores and puts forward the main ways to implement the Party's mass line,including how to continuously promote socialist democratic politics;how to comprehensively deepen the practice of governing the country by law;how to persist in constantly enriching the cultural life of the masses;how to improve the level of people's livelihood;how to continuously strengthen the Party spirit of cadres.In summary,this study strives to make both theoretical and practical contributions to the practice of the Party's mass line in the new era.
