Research On Construction Of Basic Party In New Age Mongolian Villages

The ruling foundation of the CPC is at the primary level,and the primary party organization is the basis for all the party's work and its fighting capacity.Party building in rural areas plays an important role in ensuring and strengthening the party's position and maintaining social harmony and stability.The party has always attached great importance to the development of various undertakings in rural areas,especially since the 19th CPC national congress.Since then,the party has been promoting the construction of primary party organizations in various fields in the spirit of the 19th CPC national congress,thus creating a new situation.Therefore,ethnic minority areas should strengthen the party building work at the primary level,innovate the party building position,optimize the service level,earnestly perform their duties,and make the party's principles and policies and work arrangements more practical.With the background of Huanghuatara's economic development and the party organization construction work deployment situation,we make the goal that should enhance the party organization construction,in-depth research,and make every effort to understand the new problems appeared in the party construction,the new situation,new content,and to explore effective working methods,trying to raise the level of party construction,effectively promote to build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the agricultural modernization,urban and rural integration.This paper is mainly divided into five parts to study the grass-roots party organization construction of Mongolian settlements in rural areas in the new era:The first part is the introduction,mainly including the purpose and significance of the topic selection,domestic and foreign relevant research status,research methods,etc.The second part is to expound the theoretical basis of the party building at the rural grass-roots level in the new era and the importance of the party building at the grass-roots level in the ethnic areas.The third part is that we study of the current situation of the construction of the basic party organizations in Huanghuatara pointed out the main problems in the construction of the basic party organizations,and analyzed the causes of these problems by the investigation;The fourth part is to explore the effective measures to strengthen the construction of the grass-roots party organizations in Huanghuatara.The fifth part is to summarize the main content and highlight the key points.At the same time,it reaffirms the research purpose of this paper and the prospect of the construction of Mongolian village grass-roots party organizations in the new era,so as to provide feasible Suggestions for enriching the construction of grassroots party organizations in China...
