In recent years,my country's economy has developed rapidly,high-tech is changing with each passing day,and it is in a period of important strategic opportunities.However,there are still some contradictions and conflicts in the development process.Accumulation to a certain extent will trigger network group events and affect social harmony.This article selects a typical public crisis event "red,yellow,and blue kindergarten child abuse incident" that has been triggered by public opinion on Weibo and gradually challenged the credibility of the government as an example for analysis.Use Sina Weibo as the source of content data,search for the keywords "red,yellow and blue kindergarten incidents" and "red,yellow and blue kindergarten child abuse incidents" to get the relevant content in Weibo,and use Python to obtain the required samples under the premise of observing the rules The data,after preprocessing,uses Rost Content Mining to perform high-frequency word analysis,semantic network analysis,and sentiment analysis to clearly understand the real situation of the development of the matter and a series of measures taken by the relevant government departments in the course of the development of the matter.Afterwards,through further analysis of the "red,yellow and blue kindergarten child abuse incidents",the formation mechanism of the risk of online group incidents was studied,and the construction of a prevention system for network group incidents was improved to resolve,prevent,and manage network group incidents from relevant government departments.Three aspects of specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,as follows: pay attention to the tracking of network group events,pay attention to the guidance of network group events,strengthen the awareness of risk identification and early warning,strengthen the education of netizens' moral quality,strengthen the construction of network related laws and regulations,and improve the supervision of network public opinion Mechanism construction,etc.,hope to accumulate certain experience for the effective response to public crisis events,and promote the harmonious and stable development of society.
