Research On The Issues Of Corporate Social Responsibility In Environmental Protection And Government Governance In China

The environmental protection problem of enterprises is the dysentery of our country.Extensive enterprise production mode has made China achieve remarkable economic achievements,but our country also paid a huge environmental price.Although the Chinese Government has paid attention to corporate environmental protection and emphasized that companies should undertake environmental corporation social responsibility.However,due to the ignorance of corporate social responsibility for environmental protection and poor government supervision,China's air pollution,water pollution,land pollution and other problems are still prominent.Resource depletion issue,ological destruction and diversity of pollution are emerging in an endless stream.These problems have severely affected the daily life of people and the social sustainable development.Based on the current severe corporate environmental protection situation in China,the author attempts to analyze the issues of corporate self-discipline and government supervision in the implementation of corporate social responsibility in environmental protection in China.In terms of enterprises,the author refers to the requirements of China's environmental responsibility standards-"Social Responsibility Guide" and international environmental standards-ISO14001:2015,summarizes the deficiencies and self-discipline issues of Chinese enterprises in fulfilling environmental social responsibilities,and uses 200 companies The 2018 Social Responsibility Report was verified.On the government side,by sorting out the government management history of China's corporate environmental protection social responsibility fulfillment since the founding of New China,the achievements and problems of government supervision have been analyzed.After analysing both the corporate and government issues in the implementation of environmental protection responsibilities of Chinese enterprises,and then drawing on the advantages of foreign countries,the author gives the government's governance measures in the hope that it will promote the implementation of environmental protection responsibilities of Chinese enterprises and solve our environment Problems to promote the harmonious development of man and nature.
