And for a certain period of time,the governance of " micro-corruption " will be the focus of work.Based on the social hot issue of micro-corruption at the grass-roots level,starting from the present situation of micro-corruption at the grass-roots level,following the basic thinking of analyzing the present situation,finding out the problems,summarizing the reasons and putting forward the countermeasures,taking the facts as the basis,using the methods of literature research,Statistical Analysis and visiting investigation,and referring to the existing research results of related literature at home and abroad,taking x county in Lianyungang as an example,in-depth analysis and summary of the current grass-roots governance of micro-corruption and governance achievements and shortcomings.Through investigation and investigation,it is found that there are many problems in the process of dealing with the low level corruption in Lianyungang County,such as colluding cases,falsely reporting and claiming the policy funds of higher authorities,privately dividing and intercepting collective assets,and privately setting up small coffers.Although a series of measures have been taken by county x of Lianyungang to deal with micro-corruption,some of them have limitations and some of them do not cure the root cause,so they can not achieve the expected results.In view of the problems existing in the process of governance of micro-corruption at the grass-roots level in Lianyungang County X,this paper analyzes and concludes that the micro-corruption at the grass-roots level in Lianyungang county x is mainly due to the lack of education in party conduct and clean government Grass-roots Party members and cadres are not high in personal quality,distorted values,supervision is not in place,punishment is too small and other reasons.Based on the causes of micro-corruption at the grass-roots level,using the theory of power restriction,the theory of Equity theory and the theory of public choice,specifically,it puts forward the countermeasures and governance paths to control the micro-corruption at the grass-roots level from four aspects: Strengthening the ideological education of the grass-roots Party members and cadres,standardizing the operation of the micro-power at the grass-roots level,perfecting the salary guarantee system for the grass-roots Party members and cadres,strengthening external constraints and strengthening external supervision It provides a reference for the Party and government to control the micro-corruption in the grass-roots,and then puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization and the successful realization of the two 100-year goals to lay a solid foundation.
