Study On The Influence Factors For The Choice Of Old Age Model In Huangshi City

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the domestic economic level,the aging of the population is also increasing,so the elderly pension problem has received widespread attention.The demand for old-age care for the middle-aged and the elderly is increasing,and the old-age model and supporting measures currently used will face enormous difficulties and challenges.In the process of continuous improvement of China's old-age security system,And understanding what factors affect the choice of the elderly care mode,will provide us with important information reference in the formulation of pension policy and the layout of pension industry.This paper takes the middle-aged and elderly people in Huangshi City,Hubei Province as the research object,and analyses the reasons for their choice of pension mode.Firstly,the background significance of the topic is described,and the research status of pension mode and its influencing factors is explained,furthermore,it points out the research contents,methods and innovations;secondly,it defines the related concepts of family pension,community pension,institutional pension and other pension modes,at the same time,it summarizes and summarizes the theoretical knowledge related to pension,so as to lay the foundation for subsequent research;thirdly,it puts forward Huangshi,Hubei Province.The aging population and the status quo of pension services in Huangshi City are analyzed.A questionnaire survey is conducted among 410 middle-aged and elderly people in Huangshi City.A multiple logistic selection model is established based on the data of the questionnaire.The influencing factors of the choice behavior of pension modes for middle-aged and elderly people in Huangshi City are empirically analyzed.Finally,it is concluded that the middle-aged and elderly people in Huangshi mainly prefers to support family-oriented,but the proportion of home-based pension is not the same.Neglectable,1/3 of the middle-aged and old people choose to live at home for the aged.It is found that gender,age,marital status,education level,monthly income and other personal factors,intergenerational factors such as children's residence,whether they participate in the old-age insurance,whether they have the concept of child support and old-age prevention,and other related factors have an impact on the choice of the old-age mode for the middle-aged and old-aged.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the elderly's pension mode selection in small and medium-sized cities,Opinions and suggestions were obtained:strengthening the basic role of family pension,strengthening the support of government public services,and establishing a multi-dimensional comprehensive pension model.
