Research On Residents' Pension Style And Its Influencing Factors

With the improvement of people's living standards and the continuous development of medical and health undertakings,the average life expectancy of China's population has been continuously improved,which has resulted in the deepening of the aging of the population.In order to actively cope with the aging of the population,it is urgent to solve the problem of providing for the aged in our country.To solve the problem of retirement,this paper discusses many factors that affect the way of old-age support of residents.At present,the most important pension modes in China are divided into four types: family pension,institutional pension,community pension and migratory bird pension.Correlation analysis,factor analysis,one-way anova,multivariate Logistic regression analysis and other methods are used to carry out the research,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This paper is composed of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which discusses the research background,purpose,significance and methods of this paper.The second chapter is related theory,including concept,theory and domestic research status of play.The third chapter is the data collection,including the design idea of the questionnaire,the investigation object and the sample size determination.The fourth chapter is descriptive data analysis.By analyzing sample distribution,contingency table analysis and correlation analysis,the overall situation of data is intuitively understood.The fifth chapter is an empirical study,through factor analysis,one-way anova,multiple Logistic regression and other methods to study.Then using the Logistic model predicts the influence of each principal component on the choice of pension mode.The sixth chapter is a summary,including the conclusions and suggestions,innovation and shortcomings.Through the research of this paper,the influence of independent variables under different principal components on the choice of pension mode is analyzed,and how each independent variable affects the choice of pension mode of residents is obtained.It also explores the influence of the five principal components on the choice of the old-age pension mode.It can summarize the choice of the old-age pension mode of residents from the main aspects as well as from each influencing factor.Based on the conclusions drawn from the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward thefollowing suggestions:(1)Government departments should formulate reasonable pension policies to ensure the needs of low-income people for pension services;strengthen community service for the aged;strengthen propaganda and education to improve the elderly's understanding of various main pension modes.(2)The constructors of pension service institutions should reasonably allocate pension resources and set up pension service institutions in areas with high income level and high family pension pressure.(3)On the basis of meeting the material needs of the elderly,family members should offer spiritual comfort to the elderly and spread the traditional Chinese culture of filial piety.(4)The elderly should take the initiative to learn about all kinds of pension mode and choose a suitable way for them to spend their remaining years in comfort.
