Study On The Choice Of Pension Model For Urban Residents In Inner Mongolia And Its Influencing Factors

With the deepening of the aging degree of the population,the aging problem is becoming more and more prominent,and the pension problem has become an urgent problem to be solved.According to the results of the seventh census,the aging degree of the population in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is further deepened,and the pension demand of the elderly is increasing increasingly.The long-term family pension model has been unable to meet the pension demand at the present stage,and the pension problem has become a very serious social problem at present.In recent years,Inner Mongolia has accelerated the construction of the elderly care service system and achieved some results,but the elderly care industry is still in the initial stage of development.Due to the intensification of urbanization,the continuous reduction of family structure scale and the transformation of family structure,the traditional family pension function is gradually weakened.With the increasing demand of the elderly for pension,the traditional pension model is facing great difficulties and challenges.It is necessary to build a perfect and diversified pension model to meet the increasing demand for pension,and understanding what factors affect the choice of the elderly pension model will provide us with important information reference in the formulation of pension policy and the layout of the pension industry.This paper in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region,in Hexigten Banner urban elderly people as the research object,in personal factors,family factors,social support factors,pension cognitive factors and pension mode selection on the questionnaire survey,based on the data of single factor interaction analysis and survey data to establish multiple logistic selection model,the empirical analysis of urban residents in the elderly endowment model choice behavior influence factors.The following conclusions can be obtained:(1)The choice of pension model of urban residents in Hexigten Banner is influenced by many factors.The study found that factors such as gender,age,marital status,education level,number of children,where children live,whether community medical care can meet daily needs and whether they often participate in community activities have a significant impact on the choice of pension mode of urban residents.(2)Among the middle-aged and elderly people,women are more likely to choose family endowment,under the age of 75,married,low level of education,and children live in the city and community medical can meet the daily needs of the elderly tend to choose family endowment and community home endowment model,often participate in community activities of the elderly tend to choose community home endowment,men,75 years old,and above,divorced,college degree or above,children are relatively few and children live in different,community medical can not meet the daily needs,not often participate in community activities more tend to choose institutional pension.(3)At present,the pension mode is still dominated by family pension but gradually weakened,and gradually tends to a more diversified pension mode.The imbalance between supply and demand for the construction of infrastructure and old-age services requires families,the government,institutions and other forces to work together to build a diversified old-age service model and improve the old-age service system.
