Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Application Of The Public Private Partnership Model (PPP) Into Pension Industry In China

In recent years,China’s population aging has shown a trend of accelerated development,and the aging crisis has become an unavoidable reality.At present,China is facing the dilemma where on one hand,there exists huge demand for pension industry and relevant service,however on the other hand there are problems of service supply in the industry in terms of three aspects,namely the insufficient situation,unbalanced structure and low professional level.Moreover,the newly development requires more participation of social and company due to that the government can’t deal with them by itself.The establishment of a new model of pension PPP community has become an effective means of resource optimization and integration,it can realize the integration of financial and social capital,rationally carry out risk and responsibility sharing,realize mutual benefit and win-win,and can effectively alleviate and cope with the social or government pressures brought by the aging crisis and improve the overall level of our old-age care service.In order to explore the running mechanism of the pension industry PPP,this paper discusses the factors that affect the success or failure of the old-age PPP project on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis.Firstly,this paper summarizes the advantages of PPP model applied to the pension industry and the development of pension PPP in China.According to the related literature and case analysis,a total of 24 influencing factors were selected from the four dimensions of background environment module,public sector module,project module and social capital module.And then,Using SPSS 22.0 software to analyze the case of 182 old-age PPP projects in China by Logistic model,this paper conclude that five significant factors related to the success or failure of the old-age PPP project.Finally,combined this five significant factors that influence the success of the project and the development of PPP Project in China ’s Pension Industry,this paper analyzes the existing problems.According to the current deficiencies of PPP model in China ’s Pension Industry field,this paper puts forward some recommendations from the public sector,the private enterprise and society aspects of the future of China’s pension industry PPP mode of operation and development.
