"Contract" is the agreement between the parties.It is a legally binding promise or set of promises between the two parties."Psychological contract" is a kind of "unspoken"or "self-evident" content that is implicit in the parties,and it is a strong determinant of the individual's attitude and behavior towards the organization.Since its introduction in the 1860s,psychological contracts have become an important subject in the field of management research,which is used to interpret the working status of employees in the organization and provide feasible suggestions for the organization's management system based on its research results.In recent years,the research on psychological contract has gradually expanded to non-profit organizations including universities,such as exploring the construction of the theoretical model of teacher-student psychological contract,hoping to improve the teacher-student relationship more effectively.Researchers take the master's degree programs of children's organization and ideological education as the research object,and use qualitative research methods to investigate the learning process of the master's degree students,and summarize the evolutionary mechanism of the psychological contract between the master's degree students and the majors in children's organizations.First of all,a brief review of the previous research results such as the concept,characteristics and types,construction and development process,internal and external factors of "psychological contract" is made.Secondly,it analyzes the evolution of the psychological contract of the master's degree of children's organization majors,and presents the overall representation of the psychological contract of the master's students at the initial,review,and the entire three stages in a narrative manner.The "initial contract" shows heterogeneity,and the evolution process of "psychological contract"appears as complexity.Thirdly,the containment factors of contract evolution are started from the aspects of individual cognition,professional regulations,and social environment.The influencing factors within individuals are mainly related to individual social networks,differences in expectations,differences in personal cognitive styles,and different personality traits;relevant information presented at the professional level,key people/things in the field,and different cultural atmospheres It also plays a crucial role;the strength of national security in the macro field and the cultural differences between regions will also affect the direction of individual contracts.Enhancing the degree of cooperation between the master's degree and the specialty of the children's organization,maintaining the dynamic balance of the psychological contract,and constructing the concept is the purpose of the study.Combining with the restraining factors of the previous analysis,it is proposed that the master students themselves determine reasonable initial expectations,clarify individual role recognition,and stimulate Subjective consciousness and control measures of internal attribution mechanism;professional level should build a good communication system,cultivate professional field leaders,create a harmonious professional culture;balance the support between regions,and deepen interregional communication and cooperation in order to improve the professional society Recognition contributes.
