As a new secondary discipline of education,the discipline construction of young children's organization and ideological awareness education is still at the preliminary stage.And children's organizations and ideological education on the professional identity of postgraduate degree not only directly affect their learning motivation and attitude,emotion and professional investment,even directly affect the children's organization and ideology education quality of the development of the discipline.Therefore,the research on the professional identity of education master's degree in children's organization and ideology is helpful for the postgraduate students of this major to objectively examine their own professional learning status and promote their own professional learning and professional development.It also helps to improve the training quality of education master's degree in children's organization and ideology,and provides reference materials for the discipline construction of children's organization and ideology education.The purpose of this study was to explore the current status and influencing factors of the professional identity of education postgraduate students in children's organization and ideology,and to study the research objects of 155 children's organizations and ideological consciousness education master students in 28 universities nationwide.The method of the study is a questionnaire and in-depth interview,which is based on the research of the study of children's organization and the idea of the study of the mind,which is a questionnaire,which is to explore the differences between the people's background variables,the professional identification and the impact factors,and explore the factors of influence factors in the ability of the children and children's organization and the idea of the dimensions,the ability to analyze children's organizations and their dimensions,and to analyze the problems and the causes of the children's organization and the idea of education.The results showed that the children organization and ideology education graduate student professional identity and each dimension in the general level of the identity.It is recognize that there is a significant difference in background variables such as grade,school level,voluntary choice of teachers,frequency of academic activities,and family economic conditions.Professional cultivation system,learning support condition,professional development level,individual factors and professional prospects are obviously in positive correlation with the professional acceptance of young children's organization and ideological consciousness education graduate students.Individual factors,professional development level,learning support condition and the professional acceptance of young children's organization and ideological awareness education graduate students will have a remarkable forecast force,in which the power factor of "individual factors" is the greatest.Based on the above research conclusions,comprehensive analysis of children's organization and ideology education problems existing in the professional identity of postgraduate: lack of professional knowledge,lack of professional study motivation,lack of professional emotion,low degree of professional evaluation,and low level of professional input.Finally,after analyzing the above issues,we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.On the level of education administrative organs,efforts should be made to increase professional publicity and expand professional social awareness;to improve professional internship mechanisms,and to strengthen the links and cooperation between universities and society;to improve the recruitment mechanism of talents and promote the release of professional talents' vitality.On the level of universities and graduate cultivation units,the students' professional cognition should be improved to form a correct understanding and evaluation of the major;the students' professional interest should be cultivated to guide students to exert their subjective initiative;and the optimization of professional course setting should be made to improve the quality of the faculty.On the individual level of graduate students,they should strengthen their sense of professional identity and continuously enhance professional confidence;right their attitude towards professional learning and actively cultivate professional emotions;strengthen professional theoretical literacy and enhance the ability of practical reflection.
