Psychological contract is a term used to describe the relationship between employees and organization in addition to the content of the formal labor contract in the presence of a hidden,not openly,informal mutual expectations,subject to the change of inside and outside the organization environment,information asymmetry and the limitation of bounded rationality,prevented employees and the organization through the labor contract will be written all the expectations of the content,the explicit,so psychological contract has become an important basis for labor both sides to adjust the behavior of each other.Police auxiliaries psychological contract refers to the Police auxiliaries under the existence of labor relations of the public security organs should contribute to and from the personal perception of the returns in the public security organ,and by means of self responsibility to evaluate the cognitive and organizational responsibility awareness,to want the organization to satisfy the undisclosed suggests that the sum of a series of expectations.Like explicit labor contract,psychological contract is an important factor that influences employee's professional behavior and work attitude.At present,with the economic and social development of our country into a new era,the people have a higher need for public security.In order to solve the reality of the lack of police force,it is an important measure to recruit the Police auxiliaries to become emergency measures and to strengthen the police force.However,at present,there are still some problems in the auxiliary police management system,which are mainly manifested by the fuzzy legal status of the police,the insufficient protection of the treatment,the single incentive measures,the unidentified career future and the low quality of the personnel,the backward management system methods and measures,and even the auxiliary police personnel have produced serious negative effects,which restrict the function of the Police auxiliaries.It is a very urgent team management problem and hot spot to stimulate the Police auxiliaries personnel to improve their organizational identification and professional identity,strengthen the endogenous motivation,enhance the professional honor and enthusiasm and reduce the occupational slack.The psychological contract mechanism of police auxiliary personnel is the innovation of the management mode of the public security organs,trying to seek a flexible management mode under the framework of employment contract and management system,and explore the public security organs to promote the exploitation and utilization of the auxiliary police resources through the mode of "psychological management".Based on the theory of psychological contract,with the help of social exchange theory,incentive theory and fairness theory,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the psychological contract construction of the auxiliary police personnel on the basis of clearly defining the concept of psychological contract for police auxiliary personnel,and starts to meet the psychology of the auxiliary police personnel from the construction of material guarantee,organizational culture,expectation incentive and career development.We hope to stimulate the work interest and motivation of the auxiliary police officers,enhance the cohesive force,combat effectiveness and execution ability of the whole unit,and ensure the healthy development of the auxiliary police team.
