| Over the past decade,"Civil service heat" has been in the state shot up, and the public highly concerned about this social phenomena. In people’s opinion,"civil servant" seems to be the "family line" and "greatnesses synonymous". But in real life, the phenomenon of civil servants misconduct abound. Not only is that civil servants to their work is slack, appeared even the transaction between the power and money or sex, Buying and Selling, and many other problems of corruption. In addition, there are some civil servants are erroneous understanding of own role, civil servants continue to burst the arrogance of the public, vomit raving, domineering, is the role of cognitive problems appear. Civil servants enjoy more and more privilege, this is a constraint that the missing case of abuse of power performance, but also intensified this group distorted the role of cognitive. Some civil servants directly challenge the social justice and moral bottom line, the problem of this nature, not administrative ethics, professional standards and moral scope can be resolved.This paper from the origin of morality to start, after that, discourse the ancient China officials’moral. And then introduce the concept of occupation sense of honor and make a further understanding for it. Then use the data and material from the research project of the organization culture in X City Local Taxation Bureau. Based on the template of the "Denison organizational culture assessment model", analyzed and summarized the status of the cultural construction of X City Local Taxation Bureau, and then find out the problems of civil service professional pride in the Bureau. Then combined with the reality of our country, identified the problems of China’s civil service professional pride. Based on the analysis, try to find out the reason for the existence of the problem. After analysis, we can see that the construction of professional pride for China’s civil service should be strengthened.This paper is divided into the following six parts:Part one:The introduction part of this thesis, elaborated this research background and significance firstly. In the part of the literature review, summarized the research results and made theoretical support.Part two:Correlation theory. In this section, professional pride in the new era as the starting point leads to the professional pride, and to compare the strength of professional pride among professional pride and administrative ethics or executive ethics.Part three:Problems presented and analyzed. In this part, using the data and information collected in the cultural construction projects in X City Local Taxation Bureau of grassroots organizations, then depended on the professional statistical software SPSS for analysis to identify the problems of the council professional pride. Combined with China’s national conditions, sum up the problems of China’s civil servants professional pride, and then analyzing the reasons of the existed problems.Part four:The countermeasures and suggestions. Combined with theory and reality, problems and causes, and proposed improving measures for building a healthy professional pride.Part five:Conclusion. In this conclusion part, sum up the theoretical tools, present situations, cause analysis, recommendations for improvement which mentioned in this paper, and the future expectations.The innovation of this paper, mainly in the following three points:First, the psychological contract theory used in the field of civil servants. The psychological contract theory generally used to study the enterprise’s internal relations, and the theory was applied to a few civil servants.The second one is the combination between theory and empirical during the studying. In the empirical investigation process, with questionnaire and informal discussion investigation together, speaking with the fact and the data is more persuasive.The third one is the topic is innovative. It is short of the academic research of professional pride during the process of collecting information. And the literature has not yet found linked to the civil service and the professional pride, and no master’s thesis in the past10years. So, it is worth to study the professional pride of China’s civil servants. |
